If you are uninsured, then you must register with FBFHC. No appointment is required, and you may come anytime Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Once your are registered, you are placed in a group based on your household monthly income. This determines what fees you will pay at your appointment. All uninsured patients, no matter their monthly income, must pay a $15 co-pay to be seen by the physician. The remaining balance, determined by the individual’s group, will then be paid at the end of the visit. For more information, visit our Registration page. If you have insurance, please call your benefits office to determine if Fort Bend Family Health Center is in network. Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP and some private insurances are accepted.
