How do I cancel a TollTag on my account?

To deactivate a hard case tag, you will need to return the tag to our office. Our locations are at 12300 Inwood Road, Suite 110, Dallas, TX 75244, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and 5900 West Plano Parkway, Suite 200, Plano TX 75093, Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm. If the tag is not returned, there is $25 deactivation fee. If you have a sticker tag we will be able to deactivate that tag for you. Please forward the driver license number of the account holder and the DNT number and we will be able to assist you.
