How do I care for my Gold Layered jewellery?
Just like any piece of fine jewellery, frequent cleaning is recommended to maintain its true beauty. Salt water, chlorine in swimming pools and perspiration take their toll on all fine jewellery including 18 Carat Gold and Rhodium Layered Jewellery. Just wipe with a soft cloth or preferably a Jewellery cloth to keep your layered jewellery clean and free of elements which oxidize. Always keep your jewellery out of the harsh chemicals such as dishwashing water, or the laundry, as these can contain chemicals which can damage the Gold or Rhodium layering. When the jewellery is not in use, wipe it clean and keep it in either a jewellery bag or a jewellery box.
