To change your Asiasoft Passport email address, please follow these procedures: Please send your request to APmatter@asiasoftsea.net under the subject header “Request to update e-mail” with the information requested below: • Asiasoft Passport login ID. • Preferred e-mail address to be updated in Asiasoft Passport. • Scanned copy of your national ID (both front and back) such as driving license (with photo), Identity Card, NRIC, student pass (with photo) or any official document (both front and back) bearing your full name, date of birth and National ID number. You will be contacted by the administrator with an email once we have received your documents. If your National ID differs a lot from the registered details in your Asiasoft Passport, further assistance will be requested from you to prove that you are the rightful owner for the Asiasoft Passport.
