A. Complete these steps: • Double-click the C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant\bin\acconfig.bat file in order to open the Attendant Console Configuration Tool. Set the Username and Password and save the settings. • Reset the password for this user in Active Directory and disable the Password Security Policy User must change the password on first login. • Restart the Cisco Telephony Call Dispatch service.
