How do I check order status for prescriptions that are not automatically shown in my order center or in my prescription history?
To ensure safety and security for our members, minor dependent information will only be displayed in the member (cardholder’s) order center and prescription history views. To view status for mail order prescriptions that are not automatically displayed for you, use the “Find a prescription” feature located at the bottom of the order center page and at the top of the prescription history page. Just enter the mail order prescription number where prompted and click “go” to get the most current status. This feature is not available for retail prescriptions.
