New majors generally consult initially with the Director of Undergraduate Studies (currently Prof. Nancy Schweda Nicholson – nsn@udel.edu) in the Department of Linguistics and Cognitive Science. Once they focus their interests within the field, they are free to choose an advisor from any of the Cog Sci faculty. The faculty member must agree to act as the advisor.
