First, the facilitator(s) must take responsibility for the conduct of the meeting to insure that all export control factors are identified. The CEA and ECR will provide training and/or guidance on the considerations for conducting a technical meeting. Factors to consider include: limiting the exchange of information to the subject matter and agenda; operating within the scope of agreements; attendee control; tours; photographs and any other activities with export control implications.
