To connect the Intelligent Mobile Hotspot via Wi-Fi, press the “Power” button. Once the Intelligent Mobile Hotspot has been activated, it automatically connects to the Internet via Verizon Wireless Mobile Broadband service. The Service Status Indicator lights solid green. When transmitting data, the Service Status Indicator will blink green intermittently at a rate proportional to the data speed. Use your normal Wi-Fi application on your computer or Wi-Fi enabled device to establish a connection to the Intelligent Mobile Hotspot. Look for the network SSID “Verizon MiFi 2200.” Click “Connect” and enter the default password printed on the back of the MiFi 2200 and on the Important MiFi 2200 Connect Information card. For further information on how to use your Wi-Fi enabled device’s Wi-Fi connection manager, refer to the device’s user manual or contact the manufacturer.
