How do i control an attention-seeking dog??

You have a number of problems here which I will try to address…. You say you take her out almost every day – this is nowhere near enough! Both cockers and collies are very high-energy dogs that need lots of exercise. She should be getting at least 2 walks every single day, preferably at least an hour each time. This should include some free running and play. She might also benefit from taking up a sport such as flyball or agility to burn off that energy. She could probably use some stimulation as well. You can try chew toys, activity balls, stuffed kongs etc to keep her occupied. Training is really important. It will help you control her better, help teach her to be better behaved, and help keep her mind active. Find a good obediance class, and do lots of practice at home and on walks. This reinforces the training and helps keep her occupied. I think a lot of her problems come from boredom and frustration, plus a lack of proper training. Exercise, training, play, toys etc should help
