How do I copy enrollments from multiple sections into one course site?
To copy enrollments from multiple sections to a single course site, do the following steps: • Open the course site you want to copy from; i.e., section 02 of your course. • Go to the CONTROL PANEL • Click on COURSE COPY (under Course Options) • Click on COPY COURSE MATERIALS INTO AN EXISTING COURSE • At the ” Destination Course ID:” field, click on the BROWSE button to find the course site you want to copy enrollments into • Enter course info; i.e., PSY in the field and click on the SEARCH button • A list of your courses appears, click on the SELECT button to the right of the course you want to copy the enrollments into • You then return to the copy window where you will select COURSE MATERIALS under item 2 to copy; select the GLOSSARY* • Scroll down to item 3 and click on the check box for ENROLLMENTS • Click the SUBMIT button to complete the task • Repeat the above steps for each section of enrollments you want to copy *In order to copy enrollments from one site to another Blackboard
