How do I correct “This SSID has been retired and replaced with nnnnnnnnnn” errors?

This error message is a result of the SSID in your local student Information System having been retired in the CSIS Locator database as a result of the Anomaly Resolution process. The error message provides you with the SSID to use in replacement of the retired SSID. LEAs must correct/ change the existing “retired” SSID in your system with the new replacement SSID and re-extract and resubmit to include student record in the data collection. LEAs should contact their SIS vendor for instructions as to how to make the correction in the local SIS if they do not already know how to make this change. LEAs should be extremely careful when entering the new SSID into their local SIS to avoid entry errors.
