How do I create my own Whitelist and Blacklists ?
Log on to Barracuda https://barra.its.mq.edu.au, with your email address and password, if you don’t know your password, click the “create password” button, a new password and a direct log on link will be sent to your email account. After logging in select the Preferences tab, select the Whitelist/Blacklist sub tab, you can enter individual email addresses or domains. Your email address is your fully qualified address, e.g firstname.lastname@its.mq.edu.au , do not use the @mq.edu.au, this is an alias that barracuda does not recognise.
