How do I delete every command from the commands list–even all the Global commands?

If you want to purge your system of all commands, make sure you uncheck the Phonetic Alphabet and Mouse commands on the Options screen. Close the e-Speaking program. Then dowload this file ( e-Speaking Commands.XML ) to your MyDocuments folder. Overwrite the existing file in that folder. To download this file, right click on the link then choose the “Save Target As…” option and save it to your MyDocuments folder.
