You can trypsinize the cells in OptiCell (Please see the protocol under applications). If you don’t prefer to enzymatically detach the cells, instead of scraping the cells off, you can perform trypsin-free detachment in OptiCell using an ultrasonic water bath (Please see the protocol under applications). In both protocols, you can observe the cells under a microscope to make sure they are all off.
