How do I determine the level of expertise (i.e. junior, intermediate, senior or advanced) of my THS requirement?
Job classifications should be referenced directly against the Statement of Work before submitting THS requirements to Suppliers. Job classifications can be viewed on the THS website. In many cases, education or years of experience will determine the correct level and can be found under the Minimum Mandatory Qualifications within individual classification descriptions for each level of expertise.
