How do i disable my touch pad when Im using USB mouse?

Its usually handled in the Touchpad driver software. You can access it via Programs or it should be available in the Control Panel under Mouse and Pointing Devices. There should be a checkbox that disables it. I have seen it on my Dell laptop so just make sure you have the touchpad driver installed and it should be there.
