How do I do past life regression?
This is something that you need proper training for because a regression can be a very emotional experience for the person being regressed and you need to know how to handle this appropriately. If you really want to pursue this you would need to get training as a hypnotherapist (sometimes called a hypnotist in the US) and study enough to do regression therapies. Past life regression is then a relatively simple extra. This does require quite a lot of training to get that far. A weekend hypnosis course would not give you enough knowledge to cope with difficulties.
