How do I enable enhanced WebMail templates after updating?
If you have recently upgraded from a version prior to version 2.50, then your WebMail system by default will not take advantage of the newer enhanced templates available in WebMail. To enable this you need to access the WebMail options and ensure that any in-use templates are of the enhanced type. The update should have installed a new template in the location of ‘webmailenhanced\original’, ensure the default template is set to this path and any domain specific templates are also updated or deleted. Then on the ‘Sessions’ page, you need to tick the option ‘Enable Enhanced Template Mode’. Any new connections to WebMail will then be routed to the newer system. Please note if your browser window was open during this change, you may need to close and re-open it to force a reconnection.
