How do I enroll in Online BillPay?
Before you can enroll in Online BillPay, you need to be enrolled in Online Banking. You may enroll online, or call (800) 950-2296. Our customer service representatives are available to help you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To enroll in Online Banking: • Go to the wachovia.com home page. • Under Sign Up for Online Banking, select the Sign Up link. • Follow the instructions given in the Online Services Enrollment Overview. To enroll in Online BillPay: • Go to the wachovia.com home page. • Enter your User ID and Password and select Online Banking in the Service box. • From the My Accounts page, select the Pay Bills tab. Note: If you are currently enrolled in Online BillPay, you will not receive the enrollment page. • On the Online BillPay Enrollment Page, select your primary account to use for paying bills and click Yes or No to confirm your email address. • Click on Next to continue the enrollment process.
