TMS webpages contain only the content of the pages. The template information is “wrapped around” the page content at the time the page is displayed in a browser. Old style University webpages contained the template information within the page. Therefore if an older style page is displayed in a TMS site, it shows the old style template information in the content of the page with the TMS template information displayed around it, leading to duplicate templates being shown.
