How do i generate a dose response curve?
OK, your variable dose will go along the horizontal X axis, the resulting response will go along the vertical Y axis. I think that in excel your dose would go in the first column and the results in the second, but I’ve never used it for something like that. You will need to choose the right style of plot, probably joined up dots rather than say a bar graph. Try making up some data and play around with it to see what comes out at the end. I did a whole year doing something very similar in toxicology but it was 30 yrs ago. We had to plot by hand with no computers to help us.
