• Submit a signed Client Internet Access Agreement in writing to your Credential Securities Investment Advisor. You can find this form at www.credential.com, by selecting CSI Account Access from the Login To drop down menu, then look for Application Form under the My Account left menu section • Once your CSI Account Access Login Username has been set up, you’ll be emailed a temporary password and will be able to access the online eDocuments subscription screens in CSI Account Access.
