It’s not an insurance letter you need it’s a cancellation invoice or “no show” letter. This is to prove to your insurance company that you have not travelled on the holiday. If they will not send one out ask them to email it while your still on the line and DON’T put the phone down until you get it. If all else fails go to the Easy Jet desk in the airport and give them your booking ref they will be able to print either a cancellation invoice or a “no show” letter off for you.
