Please consult the Treasury Board Directive on Delegation of Financial Authorities for Disbursements for more information if you are unsure whether or not you have the delegated authority to use the Supply Arrangement component of the THS On-Line System. You can also contact your own Departmental Material Management Group to confirm who does have the Delegated Authority to utilize the Supply Arrangement portion of the THS Method of Supply.
