Open up project 64. At the top-left there fould be a text menu for things like file, load, options, etc. Click on file, then browse your computer and find the zip/rar file and click open. It should start playing your game. If it won’t play the game, you may need to unzip the file first. Luckily windows vista can unzip zip files without requiring additional software. If the game you’re trying to play is a rar file you’ll need to download software to unzip it. 7-zip is a good, free program that can unzip rar files.
