How do I get rid of a hangover been two days now ?
Vitamin B-12 (B vitamins are depleted during intense drinking), and Gatorade. Also, try brewing your own beer from now on. Homebrewed beer contains suspended yeast (normally killed when commercial beer is pasteurized) which contains tons of B-12. Consuming homebrewed beer not only tastes better, if you do it right, but results in hangovers that are less severe. The last time I had a hangover that lasted for several days, it was because I drank tons of liquor, and ingested some other “stuff” that kept me up for awhile. The hangover simply wouldn’t go away, until I took a couple of sleeping pills before bed one night. I slept until around noon the next day, and felt great when I woke up. OR – It could be that you are just getting old. When I was in my 20’s, hangovers lasted about a day. By the time I reached my early 30’s, they lasted about a day and a half, were more severe, and it took less alcohol to trigger it. I could have 3 beers and end up with a hangover.
