How do I get rid of stomach fat although Im somewhat thin?

It’s more likely just to be your insides… with people nowadays especially, we have alot of … I guess “air” in our stomaches/intestines It’s just excess air/gaps and spaces from eating/breathing irregularly (common nowadays) there’s a good excercise for it though. basically for 5 minute excercises, suck in your tummy as far as you can go, imagine you’re touching the back of your spine with it! hold it for a minute. or 30 seconds min. release and repeat this will help get rid of that extra nothing inside you which is porbably causing that little bump.
