To begin the process of adoption from China please download, print, complete a La Vida application and send it to us. There is no application fee and the application may be downloaded by clicking here. You may also request our electronic information packet and DVD which contains an application by clicking here. Your packet will be sent the day of your request or the next business day. To download and open the application you must have Adobe Reader installed. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer please click the button below to download the most current free Adobe reader program.
