How do I get the gradesheet to the instructor once I have completed it?
The week that you facilitate a discussion you are expected to fill out a grade sheet according to the rubric and then email that grade sheet (as an attachment) to the instructor. Here is a suggested method for doing so. On our class Blackboard click on the Assignments button. This will take you to the page where the assignments and their procedures are listed. Go to the second assignment. Immediately below the Assignment #2 header you will find two hyperlinks. One of them takes you to an example of a grade sheet, the other one is labeled “Blank Gradesheet”. If you click on Blank grade sheet a dialogue box opens that allows you to “open” the grade sheet, “save” it to your computer, get “more information” or “cancel” the command. I suggest that you SAVE the document to your computer. You can name the file anything you desire, but make sure that I can determine, from your file name, that the file is your evaluation grade sheet for the week you are facilitating.
