A. Once you find a Track you want to download, call us and well upgrade your clearance for that Track. If youre a regular user of the site, we can upgrade your status permanently so you dont have to call in every time you want to download a Track. In that case, however, just remember to call when you want to put a Track on hold or you may lose it to another user.
