If you cannot access the Px unit from the Ethernet port, it is still possible to get diagnostic information from the Px unit for troubleshooting purposes. First, you will need a Null Modem Cable (found at your local Radio Shack store). One end of the cable will go into the Px unit, the other will go into the serial port of your computer.
