How do I hang tab curtains?
Measure the WindowsMeasure the widths of the windows the tab curtains will hang on. You will want to add a few inches to the total measured width, normally between 2 and 4 inches. Measure the lengths of the windows and decide whether you will want the curtains to stop at the bottom of the sill, stop at the bottom of the window or fall all the way to the floor. Place the brackets at least 1.5 inches above the window when hanging tab curtains, so the tabs do not fall below the window. Mark lines on each side of the window with a pencil to indicate where you want to place the brackets.
