How do I hide / display the Cc and Bcc boxes?
The following settings can be used to determine whether the Cc and Bcc boxes are displayed when composing a message, or if the user will have to click on a button for them to be displayed. Select File | Preferences from the menu bar Select Advanced Click on the Outgoing tab Click on the Options tab Change the Always Show Cc Field and Always Show Bcc Field options where appropriate Click Save Default, followed by Ok.
