first, download a manual of the internet, most are available free will help no end. second, generally if it a combi it has a dial yes if it is on 0 then its low, the ideal is between 1 and 2. There should be a flexiable type hose on the bottom usually connected to 2 taps. Turn the right-hand tap (normally) & you will see the pressure dial go up, do a bit, then stop, do a bit then stop not all at once as sometimes the needle doesnt move right away & you can easily over pressurise. Sometime there are not taps but screws you need a flat end screwdriver. Suggest you try & download a maual first though. Good luck.
