How do I install the FreeSpace DS 100F loudspeaker?
• Cut a 10.5-inch (267mm) hole in the ceiling or ceiling tile using the included template. (Note: The hole must be slightly bigger than the actual product diameter to ensure proper fit.) The use of a tile bridge accessory is typically required for most tile ceiling applications in order to distribute the weight of the loudspeaker to the ceiling support structure. After the hole is cut, attach the input wires to the rear loudspeaker terminals. If necessary, fasten a safety cable to the seismic tab on the rear of enclosure. Put the loudspeaker in the hole and tighten the three anchors with a screwdriver by turning the three screws marked with triangular arrows on the front baffle. After the loudspeaker is secured in the ceiling, adjust the tap setting as needed, and attach the grille.
