How do I install the Wellcore System?
Installation is quick and simple. The Wellcore system includes a voice guide which plays on the Base Unit once you plug it into the wall. Also included is a one page Quick Install Guide which takes you step by step through the installation process. To install, proceed as follows: • If you did not do so at the time of purchase, register your system online or by calling a Wellcore Registration agent at 800-668-6697. • Connect your base unit to the phone and power. • Perform an Activation Call. Once your system is fully activated you should also perform a Range Test so that you are aware if there are any areas in your home where your system does not reach. If you need assistance at any time, you can contact Wellcore Customer Care at 800-899-8955. The Customer Care center is available during normal business hours Pacific Time and a Care Team member will return calls as quickly as possible outside of those hours.
