How do I know that all the components of Keygold Secure are actively working?
A. When you log into the Keygold Secure Control Centre, the first screen that you see shows you summary graphs for the six main components of Keygold Secure – website visits, messenger/chat usage, blocked sites, anti virus, computer usage and software usage. There is a set of graphs for each of your machines running Keygold Secure. You can see the different sets of graphs by clicking on the computer name tab at the top of the screen. The presence of the graphs, for each of your machines running Keygold Secure, shows that Keygold Secure is functioning fully. In addition, Keygold Secure runs a small process (a ‘background’ activity) which checks on the status of your Keygold Secure software every minute. If this process detects that Keygold Secure has suffered a malfunction for any reason, it will automatically ‘restart’ the software. Q4.
