How do I log-in to start using BT Openzone?
• Turn on the wireless feature on your device (see manufacturers instructions for further details) • Open your web browser • The BT Openzone log-in page should be displayed (if it isn’t then enter www.btopenzone.com into the address bar of your browser) • Enter your username and password when requested • Open your email program (e.g. Outlook) to use email, and open a new browser window to surf the internet. Please note: you should try to keep the BT Openzone window that confirms successful log-in open in the background to prompt you to correctly end your session • When you’ve finished, don’t forget to log off or sign out before closing your web browser. Please note: if you fail to log off at the end of your session there is an ‘auto log off’ feature. This means your session will be logged off automatically after 15 minutes BUT these minutes will count against your inclusive minutes allowance.
