Create a new “Listing Presentation” Transaction. You can use your brokerage address for a general listing presentation, a sample address (“123 Your Property…”), or the address for the property you are about to present. • Apply your Checklist Template to the transaction • Click on the Transaction CD button on your Cover Sheet • Select your documents and generate your transaction CD Tip: Don’t stop at a CD presentation! If you have a general listing presentation transaction, you can create a public page which has all of your presentation materials.
