How do I make a nice and creamy mashed potato?
don’t use a mixer to mash doing so too much makes em gummy and sticky I rice mine then pass them through a sieve (strainer) you could mash yours well then pass them through the sieve stir in melted butter and warm dairy (milk, cream) can use yoghurt, buttermilk or sour cream for a nice tang if going to reheat add these after gently reheating spuds with abit of stock salt and white pepper can add fave herbs, ie chives, basil, etc…
