You can also submit your application electronically via the Planning Portal Application forms and all the supporting information should be sent to Planning and Building Control, Municipal Buildings, Dale Street, Liverpool L1 6DH, or hand delivered to Millennium House, 60 Victoria Street, Liverpool L1 6JP.
