HOW DO I MAKE EASI XTRA (PREPAID ROAMING) CALLS?
The mode of connectivity is via callback, where a call is initiated by entering a USSD string as follows: • To make a call back to a Brunei mobile phone while you are overseas, key in: ‘*101* 8671017’ (no country code required) • To make a call back to a Singapore phone, while you are in Singapore, key in: ‘*101*006561234567’ Once the call has been initiated, a text message and voice prompt will inform you that you are going to receive a call. If the connection cannot be made, a text message will be sent to you and a voice prompt can be heard to inform you of the unsuccessful attempt. If successful, you will receive a call back approximately 20 seconds after the call has been initiated. Please answer immediately. Charging begins only when receiving party picks up the call. However, the call will be disconnected if the receiving party does not pick up the call after 60 seconds. Please check your credit balance one minute after every roaming call made.
