However i believe yahoo and some others (like comcast) offer free site spaces, but you have to use their domain name that they give you. If your looking to have your own domain like www.yourname.com or whatever you have to buy and register that – which is really about $20/year. Then you can probably find reasonably priced hosting packages for as low as $7.00/month. As for the design, unless you create / design your website yourself, it won’t really be free.
