You can always start at the source – Nullsoft (Winamp). They have a developer network with some good documentation and a wiki. Head to the following website and select either “Classic Skins” or “Modern Skins” under the Documentation menu on the right. http://dev.winamp.com/skin-developers A Google search for “winamp skin tutorial” turns up quite a few websites as well.
