How Do I Number Tickets Consecutively?
Consecutive numbers are numbers that fall in sequential order from smallest to largest, such as the numbers 11, 12 and 13. If you have some tickets for a fundraiser or other event that you want to hand out you can easily number those tickets consecutively. While you can use labels to attach to the tickets, you do not need them as you can use a pen or pencil to number the tickets consecutively on your own. Determine which number you want to start the ticket sequence with. Typically the number one is used as a starting number but you can start with any number you like. Put your tickets in order if they need to be numbered in a specific order. If not, just place them all in one pile. Take the first ticket and write the number that you want to start with on it. Alternatively, you can use labels with your numbers on them and put those on the tickets if you do not want to write numbers. Place the ticket face down away from the other pile to create a new pile of the numbered tickets. Pick up
