How do I obtain access to the Oracle Financial Applications?
If you have never had access to the Oracle Financial Applications, you must first attend an Oracle training class for the module that you wish to access. There are three workshops including Purchasing Requisitions, General Ledger Journal Entry Process and General Ledger Report and Inquiry. Workshop dates and registration information is located on the CPD web site: http://finweb.rit.edu/cpd. Once you have attended Oracle training, complete a General Ledger Security Access form located on the Controller’s Office web site: http://finweb.rit.edu/controller/forms.html and forward it to the Controller’s Office for processing.
