Please go to the e-academy Support Center and search for “autodesk”. There are numerous articles on this site which may describe and solve any problems you may be experiencing. If you don’t find your answer there, basic download and installation support is available through e-academy. On the Support Center site, click ASK Support and fill in the online form. Please include your full name, login name and order information. e-academy will reply within two business days.
