If you have an eligible Chase checking account, you can request a Chase Leisure Rewards Check Card today by calling the telephone number on the back of your existing Chase card. Alternatively, log in to www.Chase.com and under the Customer Service tab, select “Debit Card Upgrade.” If you don’t have a Chase checking account, you can stop by any Chase Branch to open an account or call 1-800-CHASE24 (1-800-242-7324).
