How do I order Digis Unlimited Phone service?
You can order Digis Unlimited Phone online, or by calling 888-DIGIS-88. Your sales agent will add the service to your account, and will then ask you to complete the order by agreeing to the terms and conditions on your my.digis.net website. They will provide you with a login and password for that site. There will be a tab labeled “Terms and Conditions” – read through this carefully, type your name, and submit your request. Our Digis Phone team will receive your order and will complete it by configuring a Digis Phone Adapter and shipping it to you within several days. The Adapter comes with complete installation instructions, and should only take 5-10 minutes to set up. The phone adapter comes with a new telephone number for your area- if you wish to port an existing telephone number, please read the number porting information above.
